Raimar Scherer
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Raimar J. Scherer is Senior Professor at the
Institute of Construction Informatics at the Technical University Dresden
responsible for the research. The series of ECPPM conferences was
initiated by Prof. Raimar Scherer in 1994 as a joint initiative of several
European research projects related to construction information technology.
